Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for enrolling in LaunchPad - Creddinv’s incubation program. We are committed to supporting your startup journey. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our services or wish to cancel your participation, please review our policy on refunds and cancellations (“Policy”). The following terms apply:
1. DEFINITION
For the purpose of this Policy:

“Program” means the incubation program offered through LaunchPad - Creddinv.

2.

“Company,” “We,” “Our,” or “Us” refers to Creddinv Technologies Private Limited.

3.

“Platform” means the LaunchPad portal or related communication channels used for program delivery.

4.

“You” or “Founder” means any startup founder or representative who has enrolled and confirmed participation in the program.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

1.

Cancellation by LaunchPad:

1.

If, due to any reason (including Force Majeure), LaunchPad is unable to provide the program as planned, your participation will be cancelled. Any fees paid will be refunded according to this Policy.

2.

Confirmation of Fees by Founder

1.

Incubation fees may be requested either upfront or in installments aligned with program milestones.

2.

Once notified of your fee schedule, you must confirm your commitment within 15 business days, or your enrollment may be automatically cancelled.

3.

Cancellation by Founder

1.

You may request cancellation or a refund by writing to support@creddinv.in within 3 days of payment.

2.

Requests made after 3 days from payment will not be entertained.

3.

All requests must be made from the same email used to register for the program. Requests from third parties will not be considered.

4.

We will notify you if any portion of your fees is cancelled or if additional information is required to process your request.

5.

While we strive to accommodate requests, we are not obliged to initiate refunds outside the conditions specified here.

3. REFUND POLICY

1.

Only fees for which cancellation has been approved by LaunchPad or requested by you within 3 days will be eligible for a refund.

2.

Refunds will be communicated via the registered email used during enrollment.

3.

Refunds will be processed to the same bank account or payment method used for payment. Third-party accounts are not eligible.

4.

Refunds will reflect only the actual amount paid, excluding any promotional offers, discounts, or benefits.

5.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from acceptance of your request.

6.

All decisions related to cancellations or refunds made by LaunchPad are final and binding.
