Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing incubation from Creddinv (Company). If for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with our services or You wish to cancel any services received from our Company, We invite You to review our policy on refunds and cancellations (“Policy”). The following terms are applicable for refund, returns and cancellation:
1. DEFINITION
For the purpose of this Policy:

“Services” means any incubation order/request/booking placed by You to the Company

2.

“Company” or “We” or “Our” or “Us” refers to Creddinv Technologies Private Limited.

3.

“Force Majeure” shall have the meaning prescribed to it in Terms of Use of the Platform.

4.

“Platform” means www.creddinv.in (the “Website”).

5.

“You” or “User” or “Your” means any user or individual who has successfully placed an Incubation Order through the Platform to the Company.

2. CANCELLATION POLICY

1.

Cancellation by Startup Founder:

1.

If you have been accepted into the LaunchPad incubation program through the Platform and are, for any reason (including Force Majeure or personal/business limitations), unable to meet the participation or compliance requirements as communicated by the Company, your incubation enrollment will stand cancelled.

2.

If you have agreed to participate in specific LaunchPad tracks, services, or milestones, and there are material changes in the incubation structure, timelines, or terms, you will be notified. You must reconfirm your participation within 5 days of such notification. Failure to do so will lead to automatic cancellation of your participation in those specific services or tracks.

Cancellation by Us (Creddinv):

In the event that the Company is unable to proceed with your incubation under LaunchPad for any reason (including Force Majeure, operational limitations, or disqualification), the incubation may be cancelled. If any fees or payments have already been made for optional paid services under LaunchPad, refunds may be processed as per applicable policy.

3.

Cancellation by You (Startup Founder):

If you wish to withdraw from the LaunchPad program after accepting the offer, you must email a cancellation request with valid reasons to [support@creddinv.in] within 48 hours of the official onboarding or service commencement date.

2.

Requests submitted beyond 48 hours of onboarding commencement will not be entertained, except under exceptional circumstances evaluated at the sole discretion of the Company.

3.

All cancellation/refund requests must be submitted using the registered email ID associated with your LaunchPad account. Requests from alternate emails or third parties will be automatically rejected.

4.

The Creddinv team may contact you if your cancellation request requires further information or clarification before processing.

5.

Note: The Company is under no obligation to refund any fees or charges paid by you for LaunchPad services, unless explicitly agreed upon.

4. Important Note on Services & Benefits:

You understand that it may be difficult to resell securities, and You may be restricted from transferring them for one year from the date of issue of securities to You.

5. Ongoing Relationship Post-Cancellation:

You acknowledge that cancellation from LaunchPad does not prevent you from reapplying in future cohorts, but reacceptance will be subject to a fresh evaluation. There may or may not be an ongoing relationship with the Company following cancellation.

3. REFUND POLICY

1.

Only those LaunchPad enrollments or service payments where (a) a cancellation request has been initiated by Us, or (b) a request for refund has been raised by You and accepted by Us as per this Policy, shall be eligible for a refund. We reserve the right to approve refunds only in exceptional circumstances

2.

You will be notified of refund status through the registered email address associated with your LaunchPad account or through any other official mode of communication as deemed fit by Us.

3.

In case the payment for LaunchPad services was made via online methods (such as credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, or any other digital payment facility), the refund will be credited only to Your bank account. Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The name on your LaunchPad account must match the name on the bank account.

4.

If the LaunchPad services were availed under discounted plans, promotional offers, credit-based schemes, or any bundled benefits, the refund will be limited to the actual monetary value paid by You.

5.

In the event of any fraudulent transaction or misuse, the Company reserves the full right to cancel your enrollment and deny any refund.

6.

If found eligible, the refund will be processed within [7–10] business days from the date of refund approval by Us.

7.

All decisions related to refunds or cancellations made by Us shall be final and binding. You agree not to contest such decisions in any forum or manner.
